The practice of Hatha Yoga (postures, breathing, concentration, meditation) is a gentle style of yoga, ideal to start in yoga and learn the basic postures.
Every Friday at 6pm :
The aim of Hatha Yoga is above all to relax, by combining breathing and postures, to increase concentration and gain flexibility.
The session lasts 1 hour to 1h30 and starts with warm-ups before a series of postures adapted to each participant. The course ends with a moment of relaxation/meditation to relax. No prior training is necessary.
Laureen Picard will give her classes in the Manor Park (in case of bad weather, classes will be cancelled).
